If you have never run before or would like to run three miles continuously this is your chance to start. This class is geared to first time runners, but everyone is welcome. This is an eight week training program which uses the run/walk technique. The group will run Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am, starting at Wild Side Running. You will also be encouraged to run a day on your own. Our goal will be to complete a 5k July 12th. Print the form and mail in or come by the store and fill out a registration form.
